The devil's bible, also called Codex Gigas (Giant Book), is located at the National Library in Stockholm and is famous for being the biggest surviving European manuscript.

  It is a book said to be written 'supernaturally' according to legend by a monk from the Middle Ages (early 13th century) who was sentenced to being walled up alive for breaking his monastic vows.

 It is thought to have been created in the Benedictine monastery of Podlažice in Bohemia, which today is the Czech Republic.

 To avoid punishment, the monk promised to write, in a single night, a book containing all human knowledge.
As midnight approached, the monk became desperate and turned to Lucifer for help, offering to make a pact to finish the book in exchange for his soul.

Lucifer agreed and signed the work by adding a self-portrait of himself. In the colourful image, he is placed against an empty landscape framed by two large towers.

 According to reports, tests to recreate the calligraphy of the Devil's Bible suggest it would take five years of non-stop writing to create it.
'Clearly, the author of this massive tome was possessed by something to create such a masterwork. Whether it was the power of light or darkness, is lost to time,' the report claims.

 There are also claims that the monk didn't write it in a single night. That it must have taken him many years to do the task, perhaps as a form of penance (national geography).

What does it contain? 

Inside is a menacing full-page colour image of the Devil, leading many to believe the pages themselves are cursed. 

 In pages that follow the picture of the devil are detailed instructions for the exorcism of demons or evil from people and objects.

There are also two magic spells, both with specific instructions on how to identify and catch a thief.

 The Codex Gigas contains five long texts along with the complete Bible.
The book begins with the Old Testament, and it is followed by two works by Flavius Josephus who lived in the first century AD.
It ends with the New Testament and the last of the long works is a Chronicle of Bohemia by Cosmas from Prague.
The entire Devil’s Bible is written in Latin and is so heavy (about 165 pounds) that it requires at least two adults to carry it.
*If I hadn't seen pictures, I will say it's just a folklore but the pictures show this book actually exists and that it contains the complete Bible...written by the devil? 
Definitely a corrupt version written by the father of lies. But it points to one thing - everything we need to know is in the Bible. Jesus is the Wisdom and knowledge of God.  Searching for 'extra' knowledge will land you in the devil's soup pot.
And while the devil working hard to counterfeit everything original created by God, the COUNTERFEIT can never be ORIGINAL.

When I saw this, it made me shudder . The message was so blatant and it was on a children's cartoon. The scene showed two nude male and female characters, with the female holding the male' s genital. But from what I 'heard', it see ms to be the handiwork of some perverts who took a sce ne from a popular cartoon program - teen titans and cre ated that pict ure which is actually a link to a cartoon porn site.     A porn site with cartoon characters...who is their ta rget?
