I love looking at and talking about the spiritual side of things because the truth is this is the side that most people are completely oblivious to.
When we are alert to these things, it will enable us to recognize the devices (his designs, his method, his tools) of the devil as they come and not take certain things for granted.
If we have an understanding of the signs of times, we will perceive that Satan is working very hard at making sure that the world does not come to the saving knowledge of Jesus. You know why? Mr devil knows the gospel is so powerful.
Paul said, " ...It (the gospel) is the power of God unto salvation to those that believe." Rom 1:16
My greatest desire is that whoever reads through this blog will know the Truth and understand that the time is short. Our Lord is coming real soon.
Yes, a stubborn heart may say, "It's no more news. I have been hearing that Jesus is coming soon since childhood but why is He not here till now?"
But the truth remains He surely is coming very soon. This is a call to get ready.
So don't bring you guards down. Two things can happen: It's either death happens or Jesus comes.
Death does not announce itself before it comes but when it does, will you be ready? Always think eternity. Nothing this world will offer is worth your eternity.
The day of His return will come without announcement either. It will happen suddenly, like a thief in the night.
Will you be ready?
But you, brothers, are not in the darkness so that this day should overtake you like a thief. For you are all sons of the light and sons of the day; we do not belong to the night or to the darkness. So then, let us not sleep as the others do, but let us remain awake and sober... 1 Thess 5: 4-6
