Italy's Supreme Court has ruled masturbating in public is not a crime as long as minors aren't present to see it. Huh?!
This following the case of a 69 yr old man who was caught masturbating in front of female students in a public place outside the University of Catania in Sicily.
Charged with indecency, he was put on trial.
He told the court that he only engaged in the practice “occasionally”, insisting that it would have been hard to see him because the incident had happened around dusk and there was “reduced visibility”.
He was found guilty and sentenced to 3 months in prison plus a fine.
But his lawyers re-contested the case in the Supreme Court of Rome, citing a law introduced last year which decriminalized the offense of
masturbating in public in front of women.
“The act is no longer regarded as a crime by the law,” the Supreme Court ruled.
*These are the kind of things I hear and I say, "Lord Jesus come." These things tire me. How?! Why?! Can anybody in his right mind condone this?
What's next? Public sex? Next thing they will rule that public sex is okay as long as a minor is not around to witness it. Anyway, what am I saying. Public sex o, public masturbation, nudity etc is everywhere now and they don't need to be legalized to be accepted. In these last days, abominations are on the high.
