3) Work on your out ward appearance

Actually look beautiful! Go for a makeover if you want to and feel good with yourself. Stop looking down on yourself nor compare yourself with anyone. Work hard at keeping fit and looking beautiful. Dress smart, eat right. Refuse that situation should dictate to you what you will become instead take control of your situation and make the best out of it.

4)Love yourself and others

If you can’t love yourself, it will be impossible to love people around you. So start by loving yourself and accepting yourself the way you are whilst you make deliberate moves to improve on yourself, your attitude and your disposition. Keep smiling, be courteous, be friendly. Break the shyness jinx and go out make friends. Do not let the fear of being snubbed stop you.

Ignore what people say. Pay attention to what God says. It is a conscious, deliberate effort you have to make prayerfully. God will heal you as you prayerfully confess what you believe.

Tell yourself how uniquely created by God you are and how beautiful you are and believe it. You may not believe it initially but keep confessing it. With time those words will change your mentality forever .

Insecurity makes you love yourself less and you can't effectively love others when you don't love and appreciate yourself just the way you are.

5)Don't focus on your problems. Rather get yourself preoccupied with constructive things.

6) Confide in someone close to you about your insecurity because you need to be encouraged by people who love you. It will go a long way to show you that you are loved and that you are not alone.

Know your worth. Jesus bought you with His blood. You are that expensive, why listen to Satan's lies that you are no good?
