Now I understand what it means to say that the best things in life are free. These 5 things are and if we could pay strict attention to them, we can stay healthy for sure.

1. Good food: By good food I don't mean the overcooked junk they sell in fast foods or those canned foods. I'm talking fresh here. Fresh food got right off the counter in our markets, fresh veggies and fresh fruits. Keep it fresh and you keep the cancer away. Canned, preserved foods have a reputation of being carcinogenic. 2. Good exercise: The magic of exercise! It's so free and easily available but how many people are disciplined enough to take it up? Burn away those unnecessary fat, keep prim and trim as you jog or do your planks. There are so many varieties. So choose..*wink*

3. Good sex: This is strictly for the married couples, no jokes. Have fun in bed and let it reflect in your daily life. Takes away the stress, puts a spring in your steps and keeps you smiling all day.

4. Good hygiene: Be neat, be clean and you will save yourself a lot of money. Prevention is better than cure. It's all in your hands. Do your part.

5. Good sleep: It keeps your body from being overworked and breaking down. For optimum performance, give your body the much deserved rest it needs after a hard day's work.

6. Good God: Of all the secrets, this is the greatest. Go no where and do nada without Him. He is the one that will take all your worries away. Let His Word soothe your aching heart. Relax and enjoy the ambiance of His love. He is the health Giver.
