Everyday, I see things that challenge my faith and the faith of this young Dapchi girl, Liya, who is one of the girls kidnapped by Boko Haram last month, has challenged me. To think that in the face of death, she still stood her ground is amazing. Her father's faith during this trying times is also amazing. His words, "Boko Haram insurgents decided not to release my daughter because she refused to denounce Christ. I am happy for that, even though as a father I wish she had returned home as the rest. But God is in control." So far celebrities have been speaking up for her, praying for her safe return. Churches are not left out either. I believe a prayer chain has been created for Liya, one of which will be holding tonight by 12am. Please take your time each day to pray for Liya till she returns.  Let her release be a sign and a testimony to the world that our God is real and alive. A prophetess named Vivian, has cautioned dancehall act, Shatta Wale to apologize for threatening to burn down churches. The prophetess said she got the prophecy at home and had to leave her village, Adeeso Oden, in the Eastern region to Accra to deliver the message to the dancehall artiste. According to her, Shatta Wale has poked a finger in God’s eye with his threat to burn down churches. And that he will suffer the consequences if he does not apologize. Fire destroyed the home of 17 years of a family in South Carolina. Their home was completely destroyed, including their two dogs. But one thing that was not consumed in the fire was a Bible. "It was completely unprotected. It was wide open. All the things around it were burned. Everything in there was destroyed, and there laid my Bible. It has some smoke damage and the pages were completely wet, but there's not a page destroyed," One of them said. The summer before my senior year in college, I was in Haiti helping my parents with their nonprofit, LiveBeyond, while trying to figure out how I was going to fulfill my dream of being a missionary. Then one night while talking to a girl I was discipling, God gave me a vision. Kid-Mai Death Cafe in Thailand looks more like a funeral scene than a cafe. Funeral wreaths are used as floral decorations, items on the menu have names like “ageing”, “painful”, “illness”, and “death” and are displayed as funeral photos at the bar, and there’s even a coffin that visitors can lie down in to get a small discount. They say their motive is to make people accept their mortality and inspire them to enjoy every moment of their life, because they never know when it’s going to end. See more pics below:

 A Latvian performance artist Arturs Bērziņš organized an event where he sliced bits of flesh from two people’s bodies, cooked them in a frying pan and fed it back to them. Bērziņš’ controversial performance, named Eschatology, was staged on March 6th, at the Museum LV un Grata JJ, in Riga.  As promised, those in attendance were treated to something they had most likely never seen before. The artist, wearing a white forensic suit, practiced his surgical skills on two models – a man and a woman – slicing bits of flesh from their backs, then frying them in a hot pan and feeding the meat back to them. In India, a man helped solemnize the marriage of his wife with her lover, barely six days after his own arranged wedding with her.   28-year-old Basudeb Tappo had married a 24-year-old woman on March 4. The wedding had taken place according to the rituals of the farmer community to which Tappo belonged and had no legal sanction. On Saturday, three young men, one of whom claimed to be Tappo’s wife’s cousin, visited the couple. A US-based evangelical radio host, Linda Harvey, has claimed that God makes children gay as a “punishment” for all the abortions committed in the world. Transgender dolls which allow customers to enjoy both female and male body parts have been released.  These dolls have both boobs and functioning penises to service those who are attracted to both male and female. According to a staff, “The dolls essentially have an insert which then allows the doll to function as a male, if you will.”  The doll costs £1,650. There is also a report that straight men who are too shy to approach their fellow men to experiment homosexuality are learning to be gay using male sex dolls. This 68-year-old penshioner, known only as Tan, drank the traditional Asian alcoholic drink of rice wine “like water”. As a result of his dangerous consumption levels, fatty tumours started to grow all over his upper body and he was later diagnosed with Madelung’s disease. Tan’s neck is almost the same size as an average man’s waist and restricts his airflow. *Just this morning I was talking to someone about the seeds we sow.
