The President of Venezuela Nicholas Maduro, while touring one of the local communities with a bus was hit just above the left ear with a mango by a woman named Marleny Olivo. But rather than calling for her arrest, he calmly picked the fruit and showed it to the crowd. The mango had the woman’s telephone number and she asked for the president to be in touch with her.Later, the president discussing the incident in one of his television broadcasts explained that the woman is having a housing crises.He then told the woman that she will be getting her new home within the next few hours. The President was a former bus driver. There is nothing like a leader who has been there before. It puts him in a better position to understand what the people he is leading pass through. A beer company received approval from the Oregon Environmental Quality Commission to use filtered wastewater to produce beer. The light yellow lager beer will be brewed by home brewers using recycled wastewater.Oregon Brew Crew now produces a wastewater beer and serves it at company events, but the final product will have to be approved by health and safety officials.One health authority approved the idea, giving credit to the high quality of treated water, additional microbial reduction in the process of brewing and a low risk of health in general. There was a bomb explosion in one of the election venues during Saturday's Governorship elections in Aba. This happened at Okigwe road Primary School, Aba. According to an eye witness, the ground reverberated with the explosion but gladly enough nobody died. It was non-fatal possibly because the explosion occurred in one of the classrooms. One of the culprits believed to have planted the bomb was caught hiding in the ceiling while he was about to set off another bomb closer to where people who came for voting were. The people beat up the man, hitting and stabbing him before the police arrived and whisked him away to their station. Despite the unfortunate situation, it did not deter people from casting their votes. Wow, that's so patriotic of these people. The Inspector-General of Police, Mr Suleiman Abba, has ordered restriction of vehicular movement in the 36 states, from 8a.m. to 5p.m. for the governorship and House of Assembly elections on Saturday. This is contained in a statement issued by the Force Public Relations Officer, Mr Emmanuel Ojukwu, on Thursday in Abuja. The statement explained that the measure was to ensure safety and security during the polls. “There is no restriction of vehicular movement in the Federal Capital Territory as there is no election taking place there on the said date,’’ the statement said. Jacksonville Police said that Tito and Amanda Watts were arrested after being accused of selling the tickets to hundreds of people. A man was found lying dead beside a scare crow that he dressed up in a wig, a lip-stick and strap-on sex toy.
